Sample wu24pm7 was submitted with an incorrect declared potency of 50 mg. The requester later confirmed that a submission error had occurred. Following review of the associated purchase order, the intended potency was determined to be 100 mg, which is more consistent with the laboratory results obtained for this sample.

Test results for sample rkh8jub were published from 31 Oct to 17 Nov 2025, but did not belong to Peptide Sciences: the sample was misidentified, and re-attributed to the correct vendor.
