Finnrick Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Finnrick web site and services (“Services”), and in particular when creating an account or submitting a test request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Description of Services
Finnrick provides independent laboratory testing and verification of supplement, peptide, and health-product samples submitted by customers. Our Services include:
- Laboratory testing of customer-submitted samples for identity, purity, quantity, and/or additional types of tests, using third-party commercial laboratories.
- Delivery of a digital Certificate of Analysis (COA) — a downloadable PDF or web-viewable document — as the primary service deliverable. No physical product is shipped to you by Finnrick.
- Access to Finnrick's online testing database, ratings, and vendor monitoring tools (where applicable to your service tier).
Services are available to United States residents only. All deliverables are digital. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on laboratory partner capacity; specific timelines are shown at the time of order and in your order confirmation email.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services
Test Requests and Results
When you submit a test request:
- You agree to provide accurate information about the product
- You understand that processing times vary and results are not guaranteed
- You acknowledge that test results are informational only and not medical advice
- You acknowledge that the test results are and remain the property of Finnrick Analytics, and are only provided to you as a courtesy
Fees and Payments
Fees and pricing
Some Finnrick services require a fee, paid at the time you submit your order. The price shown on the order screen is the amount you will be charged — prices may change for future orders but not for an order already placed.
Authorization and capture
When you place a paid order, we place a temporary hold (authorization) on your payment method. We do not capture (charge) your card until a Finnrick team member has reviewed your order. If you contact us to cancel before we capture payment, we will release the hold at no charge. Once payment is captured, your order is in process and the fee is non-refundable.
All sales final — digital services
Because Finnrick's services are entirely digital (your deliverable is a downloadable Certificate of Analysis, not a physical product), and because laboratory costs are incurred immediately after payment capture, all sales are final once payment is captured. No refunds will be provided after that point, except as required by law.
Turnaround time
Estimated turnaround times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates based on current laboratory capacity and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Turnaround times may be longer when our laboratory partners are experiencing high volume or supply delays — we will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed. Delays in turnaround do not entitle you to a refund.
Contact us first
If you have any concern about your order — including questions about delays, results, or charges — please contact us at hello@finnrick.com before contacting your bank or payment provider. We are committed to responding to paying customers within two business days. Contacting your bank directly to dispute a charge before giving us the opportunity to help may result in your account being suspended and may limit our ability to assist you going forward.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback (a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer) does not change the above policy. If you file a chargeback, we will submit evidence of the service provided to your card issuer. If a chargeback is filed and subsequently found to be unwarranted, Finnrick reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services.
For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Sample Handling
When you submit a physical sample for testing:
- Samples are not returned under any circumstances
- Samples that fall outside the scope of your agreed test request will be discarded without analysis
- Tested samples may be retained by our laboratory partners for a short period after results are published, then discarded
- By submitting a sample, you consent to its destruction as part of the testing process

This data sharing is limited to what is necessary to respond to the specific dispute.
