This information helps customers verify authentic samples and understand your batch tracking practices.

Yes! You can update both your batch identification policy and sample authentication guidance at any time through your vendor profile dashboard.

They will be updated after manual verification by Finnrick.

Premium service ($279/month) adds:

• Custom logo displayed across the Finnrick web site

Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your vendor profile dashboard.

Your account will revert to the Free service level at the end of the current billing cycle, and your logo, premium verified vendor badge, and batch identification policy and sample authentication guidance will be removed from the Finnrick web site.

You will also lose access to the 10% discount on future Launch with Finnrick orders.

Please note Premium service subscriptions are paid monthly upfront, and partial-month refunds are not available.

No, your vendor listing page cannot be removed from the Finnrick web site.

You may stop your registration at any time from your vendor profile dashboard, which will remove any information you have provided (policies, logo, etc.), as well as the verified vendor badge, but the page will remain on the Finnrick web site.
