Frequently Asked Questions
How do you verify I'm actually the vendor?
If you are already registered with Finnrick, you're already set.
If not, we will verify your identity by getting in touch through the official website or social channel you provide (must be public information).
If you cannot provide verifiable contact information that matches your vendor identity, we cannot process the objection.
What if the test results are accurate but unflattering?
Finnrick publishes all test results, regardless of whether they are favorable or unfavorable to the vendor. Our mission is to provide the public with complete, unbiased information.
If test results are accurate but show quality issues, we recommend working with your supply chain to improve product quality and encourage your customers to submit fresh samples for testing through our free testing program.
Can I object to tests where I didn't provide batch IDs?
Tests of samples without batch identification are clearly marked as such on the Finnrick web site. The absence of batch IDs is a quality concern that affects your rating.
We cannot remove test data simply because your products lacked batch identification. However, you can improve your rating by ensuring all future products include clear batch IDs and encouraging customers to submit samples with proper identification.
What happens after I submit an objection?
After submission, you can track your objection status in your objections dashboard. You will receive email updates as we review your case.
The review process typically takes 7-10 business days. Complex cases requiring lab consultation may take longer. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Is there a fee to file an objection?
No, filing an objection is completely free. This is part of our commitment to fair and transparent vendor support.
