Finnrick Refund Policy
All Finnrick services are digital. Our deliverable is a digital Certificate of Analysis (COA), not a physical product.
All sales are final
All sales are final once payment is captured. We do not provide refunds after payment is captured, because costs are incurred at that point and cannot be recovered.
Before payment is captured
If you contact us before we capture your payment, we will do our best to cancel your order and release the authorization at no charge.
Turnaround delays
If your order takes longer than expected, this does not entitle you to a refund. We will keep you updated on delays and aim to deliver results as quickly as possible.

Please contact us at hello@finnrick.com. We respond to paying customers within two business days and want to resolve problems directly.
