Corrections
- 20 Apr 2026: Tirzepatide
- Sample c8x5syc was submitted as 30mg, but physical evidence shipped by the submitter was actually 10mg. This was originally captured as 30mg, which was incorrect. Records corrected on 20 Apr to reflect the correct label claim, which modified the test score from the original 4.2 to 6.0.
