- Sample ef8mddf (Tirzepatide) and ryusy8h (Semaglutide) were reported by the submitter as mixed up, resulting in the incorrect test being run. However, Finnrick believes that such a mistake could have happened at the time of actually using the samples, because the vials are unlabeled, and therefore will not re-run the tests or retract the results, beyond the present note.
